Cloud Metrics needed a robust solution to offer its clients to use their ServiceNow investments to manage existing workflows in order to manage Cloud demand. Invati solved this problem by building integration architecture that is based on leading REST technologies and secure gateway API accessing over HTTPS. The implementation included custom screen development that mimics existing ServiceNow’s service request, custom workflow to manage approvals and existing roles to manage access controls.
